NOTE: This is what works for me and makes me feel good. It might not suit you. I think the reason i achieve fat loss was because i wasn't really trying. I wasn't weighing myself so i actually think that helped.

I also now exercise 3x per week and not 4!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF MY DIET: This was from today – so you can see its different from the video – i change things up but you get the sort of plan i follow.

Meal One: Super Shake:
Protein Powder
Super green food
Half Banana
Teaspoon of peanut butter

Meal 2
Chicken
Roasted Vegetables

Meal 3
Meal One: Super Shake:
Protein Powder
Super green food
Half Banana
Teaspoon of peanut butter

Meal 4
Quest Protein Bar

Meal 5
Chicken
Roasted Vegetables

Meal 6
Cottage Cheese
Protein Powder (mixed in)
Frozen Grapes

I follow this 6 days per week and on the 7th day i eat whatever i want for the whole day.
